Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
